It is with pleasure that I write this note about Christiana Pfeifer.  Christiana was our agent who listed our one acre in Armstrong, British Columbia, although we never met face to face, during our listing she was exceptional in updating us with information on inquiries on our property.  Just prior to the listing expiring we received an offer on our one acre and she was outstanding in our negotiations and closing the deal. She had to leave the country during the fulfillment of several conditions the buyer required and she made it a point to personally call me (3 times) from Germany to insure I was kept informed and that I knew exactly what was transpiring.  Immediately on her return to Canada, she advised me that the property had been sold and that her office would be forwarding a package of information to my lawyer concluding the deal.

 On a scale of “one-to-ten”, I would have to give her a “ten plus”  for the handling of the sale of our one acre.
